WELLBEING WALK

Our walking project, which is called WELLBEING WALK, consists of thematic outdoor meetings where we discuss various topics. The purpose of these walks is not only to bring people together, but also to help and support them in their problems. These meetings are designed to strengthen our community mentally and physically. WELLBEING WALK is the project created for our local community which takes place in Canterbury, Kent.

We hope to increase the number of walks in different regions of England to enable our help and support for people from all over the country and beyond.

Who do we invite to WELLBEING WALKS?

 

We invite anyone who is looking for a good company of people who would like to make new friends, improve their lives and / or gain more clarity in their life, i.e. learning to understand themselves, love themselves and world around.
