We'll explore practical tips on presenting a topic or skill, holistic, and gentle techniques for calming the nerves using our own energy flow to be at our best. We'll also take a peek into our hands to see about our innate skills and talents for talking, teaching, presenting and how best to enhance those. Annett, a healer and holistic coach with over 25 years of experience, will share practical speaking tips, together with energy techniques from her healing and coaching work to help you feel relaxed, inspired and focused when you need to speak in front of others.
